The pictures below show some of our testing methods and the properties we have inspected.  Older houses constructed around 1900 will usually have lead-based paint.  Around half of the home constructed in the 1950's will have lead-based paint.  Newer houses built in the 1960's and early 1970's could have lead-based paint on the soffits and fascia if it is found anywhere on the property.

These pictures are a representative sampling of where we've encountered lead paint in Colorado & Oklahoma.  Most times you can't determine if a surface has lead paint by just looking at it.
